Monsters with Nanovirus / PEB such as Brigadier Holter, Ahma Niah and Galvanus can prevent P3R3 from supporting himself and his allies. Strong Fire attackers such as Serpentex, Cherub Cupid and Elvira Demonslayer will turn P3R3 into a bunch of bolts and pieces. Strong Water attacks such as Hidrorion, Duke Shrimpwader and Admiral Copperbeard can threaten the Fire Attackers that may cause harm to P3R3. Because of his PEP, he's an amazing ally to pair up with Mega Taunt monsters like Sparkus and Snowgross. Recommended Talents: Ancient Cloak, Purgatory Throne Recommended Allies Over 50 km/h (40 Nature dmg + PER + Team PEP, 48s, 3 CD). IT Support Here (Team NER + Torture Immunity, 38s, 2 CD). Zero Waste / You're a Rockstar / Fide Au Revoir (Waste for Ally NER, 0s, 0 CD) / (Rockstar for Ally Double Damage + Team Control Immunity, 42s, 2 CD) / (Revoir for AoE 25 Nature dmg + PER, 42s, 2CD). Lowest Doomed Life stat, tied with Shivarakah, Barbatos Rex, Uriel the Divine, and Elfeera. 
Can apply team PEP and cleanse an enemy in 1 move.Great supportive gimmicks in PER, NER, PEP, Control Immunity, Torture Immunity and Double Damage.
Overall, this is a great monster worth using. His skills aren't any worse with PER, team PEP, NER, double damage, ITT, and ITC. His relics are awesome with Mask and Banner, and his trait is super good with permanent PEP and team ITT at the start of the battle. But that's no where near where the good stuff ends.
